Referring to Highfield Referral Clinic could not be easier. We have a comprehensive referral pack that can be sent to you. The pack includes details of the specialists, services we offer, fee guide, individual referral forms for the different specialist treatments and self addressed envelopes. Simply fill in the referral forms with the relevant details and then post or fax over to us. Alternatively you can click on to the specialist treatment section you are interested in and download a pdf proof of the referral form, fill it in and fax back to us.
When we receive the referral form we will commence the procedure to see your patient. At any time during treatment you are very welcome to contact us for updates and if you wish to be involved in any part of the treatment simply inform us and we will work together.
